well i am 41 yrs. old, a stay at home mother of 3. and just need a little motavation to keep on keeping on! my regular workout is a bit boring. i work out at home cause theirs no time to get out to a gym.
Goals and motivation
my goal is to lose 30 pds.that would put me at around 130, my motavation of why i want to lose weight is because im pre-diabetic and i dont even want to get there!
