I am 27 years old and have been fight the west nile virus since 2002 and it has not been easy. I have lost alot of weight since that summer. I weight 366lbs and now am at 260. I just want to change the fat in to muscle.
Goals and motivation
I am trying to get in better shape in a way that my body can handle. The medical condition that I fight keeps me from doing so much. I what to find a way to work out that can keep that medical condition from being effected.
