Goals and motivation
I have started walking at least 5 min per day, 5 days a week. For now, my starting goal is to lose 10 % of my current body weight before taking on a larger intimidating task. I want to be healthy for the first time in my life and do something good for me. I want to look good, and feel good about myself when I see myself in the mirror. I am disgusted with how I've treated my body and how I have been living my life.
