I am a 24 year old Navy Sailor, wife, and mother. I love family activities and recently grew an interest in arts and crafts.
Goals and motivation
My goal is to be be back to my goal weight. I understand my body shape will be different after giving birth but I'm confident I can get back to a good weight. Who doesn't love a little more curves?! lol
I also just want to be toned and physically in shape. Since giving birth I haven't been able to workout like I want too. I had a newborn (she's 9 months old now) and started school at the same time. College course, navy, new baby and trying to workout tired me out. No excuses, i've worked on getting on a good schedule and I'm not mentally and emotionally ready to begin a good workout schedule. Thats the first step and now to just do it! :)
