Introduction

I am 22 and i am looking for a free trainer and i am willing to help some one as well get healthy. I need someone to help me by tracking my weight and updating every week. I would like to talk to the trainer that i work with.

Goals and motivation

I am 140lb and i am hoping to lose 20-25lb by the end of october. I had lost over 90lb over last 3 years but now its time to lose the rest of fat and its getting hard so please help me.
