I am 55 years old and enjoy playing golf and walking the course. I'm 5' 10" and currently weigh 215 lbs. Not real big on exercise and running, but know I have to do something to get fit and take off about 35 lbs.
Goals and motivation
Where I would like to be by the end of summer is
Weight - 180 lbs.
Able to run a 5K in less than 45 minutes.
Pant size down from 36" to 34" waist
Shirts from XL to Large.
