Nursing student by day, musician by night and a devoted dog mom on the side. I have been trying to work out for a long time now without much improvement going at it by myself. Just started the weight loss program to feel good about myself and motivate my patients to do the same.
Goals and motivation
My goals are as follows:
1. I will to feel good about my mind, and my body
2. I will be in a healthy BMI range by July, 2018.
3. I will increase my muscle mass.
