I'm 58 years old, soon to be 59. I weigh about 210. I am 5'11" tall. I am pretty much a couch potato. I love to play sports but have found at my age not much is available.
Goals and motivation
I would like to lose 25 pounds at first and increase my stamina in order to find new and interesting activities. I do not know how to quantify this increase in endurance, but would like to be able to run or swim for a condierable distance without giving completely out of breath.
