Hello, I am here to lose weight. I started my journey on April 1st, 2017. I was 128.9 kg(283 lb). (May 14) After eating the right foods for a month, my weight was reduce to 119 kg(261l b) on May 14th. (June 29) After another month of not eating rice, pasta, bread, chips(all junk foods) and fast foods, my weight drop from 119 kg(261 lb) to 115 kg ( 253 lb). (July 24) After eating healthy for another month, my weight was again reduce to 113 kg ( 248 lb) I was doing some online reach about "free online weight trainer" and I founded this website. After reading what this website offer, I signed up and I started training today July 24, 2017. My goal is to reach 84 kg ( 186 lb).
