I am 5'7' weighing 125.
I am a wife and mother of 3. I work full time mon.- Fri. I train in the morning or afternoon. I have a set of dumbells at home along with an excerise ball and an inexpence cardio mach.
Goals and motivation
I would like to gain lean muscle mass. I am happy with my arms as they show progress quick. I however would like to see some added inches on my legs and butt.
