I'm an 18 year old kid in Sugar Land, Texas, and I play as much sports as my school offers. I just recently started working out with no weights at my house and have actually seen decent sucess. I also wrote an article about the workouts that I do, but I am not 100% sure that everything on it is ok, and I mainly wanted to see if this community of people could help me out. Also, I always have questions about what is the most effective way to tone certain muscles.
Goals and motivation
I want to have a "permanent" six pack so that I don't even have to flex, and it's pure awesomeness. I also want to get a little bigger. I am about to go to college and I'm a pretty little guy, though I am pretty stout. Also, I want to be able to do 150 push ups non-stop. Pretty crazy, but I might go to West Point, so I'll need it.
