Introduction

I'm Brittany and I just want to loose some weight. Health problems due to weight runs heavily in my family, so getting in shape is my goal. I'd like to lose weight for my health and personal well being! :)

Goals and motivation

Goals: Exersice daily. Eat healthy. Loose at least 60 pounds!

Motivation: Myself, God, My loving boyfriend.

Fit wall

    Start walking. There is walking workout you can do. I here it is great. Of course take stairs too.
