Introduction

I'm a 24 years old single mom trying to tone up. I'm 5'2 at 125 pounds, it is really hard getting my muscles in my stomach back. I want to lose about 10 pounds then I'll be happy. I've been going to the gym for about 4 months 4 to 5 days a week. The results aren't coming as fast as I would like but I'm determined to get a six pack!!

Goals and motivation

I want to eat better to get my body healthy inside and out and keep up with my exercise.

    Thanks for the kind words. At 5'2 125 you should not have much trouble reaching your goal. Just working out and staying on a half way restictive diet should get those 10 lbs gone. Remember to train all of your body if you want to get the weight off and tighten up. Spot training doesn't work as good. Work your arms, legs and back, and hit the abs 5 or 6 times per week and you'll get there,
