Goals and motivation
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED (LITERALLY). HEARING MY HUSBAND'S LAUGHTER AS I EMBARK ON MY FITNESS GOALS IS A BIG MOTIVATION TO PROVE HIM WRONG! LOL AND HE'S GONE FOR TWO WEEKS. SO MY "LOOSE" GOAL IS A WHOPPING 15LBS B4 HE RETURNS...I KNOW ITS A FAR STRETCH BUT HERE GOES SOMETHING!!!!
