Hi! I am a Mom of 5 and currently SAHM, ready to get fit and healthy. I have never had to watch what I eat, I never been a set routine exercise plan. So I am embarking on a new journey back to my healthy self.
Goals and motivation
My ultimate goal is to lose at least 90lbs. However I would like to do it right and take me time. Eating healthy, quitting bad habits and exercising. One day at a time to lose my goal of 90 lbs. it's going to be hard but I am ready to commit because I need to be healthy for myself and my family.
