I'm a 24-year-old art teacher. I love teaching, hanging out with friends, playing video games, reading, listening to music, and staying fit! While I'm an active person, working out and eating balanced meals have been the natural enemies for my ADD self.
Goals and motivation
I'm a generally fit person, but after having 2 miscarriages in a year while trying to have kids and teach school, I have found myself struggling with my body image and feeling comfortable with myself. My goals and motivation for hopping back on the workout wagon are:
Gradually redefine my relationship with my body so I am more comfortable and grateful for the skin I'm in.
Stay healthy for a future healthy pregnancy and lifestyle.
Gain strength and endurance, in part to naturally manage asthma.
Have more energy
Have a more slender build
