I am 22 years old i am a high school graduate. im not a physical person day to day but i have a goal of where i want to be weight wise lately ive been dropping weight. i have the motivation to change my day to day activities in a positive way but i get flustered because of my disability i have Cerebral Palsy and it affects me from my calf muscle to my ankle im also flat footed and bow legged.
Goals and motivation
my fitness goal is to be fit and active for a better and healthier me. my motivation is to live a long and healthy life. alot of the time what best motivates me is having someone workout with me with a similar goal and also good music while i attempt workouts.
