I am a 14 year old girl who is trying to become better at eating right and exercising. I hope to meet my goals, though they seem but a dream right now...I hope to be able t do P90x and Insanity. If you want to sell yours, please let me know as am really short on cash...
I am not on much anymore so sorry if you need me for something and it takes me so long to answer. I'm not ignoreing anyone. I'm just not really on anymore...
Goals and motivation
My goals are:
- Add muscle
- Lose fat
- Gain stamina
- Gain muscle endurance
- Do 50 consecutive push-ups
- Do 5-10 consecutive pull-ups
- Do 300-500 consecutive sit-ups
- Do a mile in 6-7 minutes or even less
- Finnish P90x after I get it
- Finnish Insanity after I get it
Fit wall
