Hi, I have struggled with weight off and on for about 2 years now. I started at 55kgs 162cms tall and about a year ago everything went to hell and i now weigh 95kgs. I have tried all the scams out there. Yes they are all scams. The truth and key to helping myself is to change my mindset, to eat 3-5 meals a day rather than the 2 large meals at night. I need to get back into an excercise routeen and i need to do this for me.
Goals and motivation
My Goal is to lose 45kgs before March 2013 and keep it off.
To at least do 1 hour of excercise per day.
To eat breakfast EVERY morning with no excuses.
