    Hi Hope you are well. I look forward to hearing how you do with your fitness regime. I do go to classes at a gym but I enjoy foods that are really not good for you. I am aiming to shift at least a stone (14 pounds) by July, though so far, it's not shifting. I have good intentions but little willpower! Maybe you are faring better - if so, I'd like to hear what you do! Rita
