I am a borderline diabetic that needs to make a change in her life before it becomes too late. I have tried every sort of diet fad and they work for a little bit. Then shortly after slipping a little I start gaining the weight back. I am not striving to be a size 2 but I want to build muscle and decrease my BMI. I am super in need of advice and help to build a healthy lifestyle.
Goals and motivation
I want to increase muscle while decreasing my body fat. Mostly I want to build strong healthy habits.
