I am 34 years old, a year ago I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis which affected my lungs. Some days I was un-affected but other days walking up the stairs was a painful chore. I have recently been giving the "ok" to begin hitting the gym again from my doctor and I'm determined not to let this disease affect my way of living again.
Goals and motivation
Just want to live as healthy as possible. Within the 3 months that I have been back in the gym (me starting at 135 respectively) I can currently lift 315 - 330 for a rep of 4. I am not interested in cutting as much as I am just being healthy and getting stronger. Any and all advice is welcomed especially when it comes to nutrition. Thanks
