I'm a 49 year old man who died 3 years ago after having both knees replaced in one day. Since then I haven't been able to lose weight or get my health under control so I'm hoping this site will help. Beginning a new fitness routine and new diet with my wife.
Goals and motivation
Right now I'm sitting at 290 lbs. My main goal is to be under 220 lbs. Everything I do has to be low impact and minimal twisting because of 2 fake knees.
