Hi all I'm a 33yr old male who recently left military service. Towards the end of my career I blew out and ACL and tore my meniscus. While on recovery from the rebuilding surgery I put on 40+ pounds and now I'm working to get it off.
Goals and motivation
I was in great shape until my surgery and now it's time to get back there. I have a family history of obesity and all the health conditions that come with it. My goal is to get down to at the most 185lbs trough both diet and exercise. Not only to burn the excess fat , but to build muscle at the same time.
