I need to lose a lot of weight. Not sure where or how to start. The biggest problem is food! HAHA I love food! The other problem is I'm not sure what NOT to eat and what TO eat or when!
Goals and motivation
I would like to get to 140ish! I'm not going to be too greedy, I think I would be happy with 140. I have about 100 lbs to lose.
It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you have that much weight to lose. I need someone that is going to hold me accountable and will stand behind me kicking me in the ass every step of the way.
