Yesterday's entry. Blasted legs then had a moving party.

I NEVER do legs, but I'm not going to skip legs anymore. This is the second time I finally hit legs and the 2 week of the 12 week mass program. So far so good =). I think legs went very well this time. Went up in weight from last week but still playing it safe as squats make me nervous. Because I didn't know where the leg press machine was I had to use an ISO Leg press which explains why the weight seems very low for a leg press.

Barbell Squats
15x135, 12x155, 6x205, 5x215 target 15/12/6/5
Leg Presses (ISO)
14x175, 12x175, 10x175, 8x175 target 14/12/10/8
Machine Standing Calf Raises
20x135, 12x155, 10x175, 10x175 target 20/10/10/10

After all this leg blasting, I had to help a friend move later that night. My aching legs!!!
