Yesterday was better

So Yesterday was better.

I ate much healthier and felt much better about myself.

I went to the gym at night and did 10 min and 10 seconds on the precore burning like 130 some calories (so it said).

Then I did my weight lifting for my arms.

Then I did 25 minutes on the sitting bike and burned like 140 calories.

I wish I knew how accurate those things were.

I hope I make it back to the gym tomorrow err today.
