Yesterday tried out the new machines

at the gym. Am going to concentrate more on strength and stamina over the next couple of months and improving my cardio. In November I have a 5-day training course for work which is very intense upper body/cardio for the duration so I'm working towards that.
Spent last night just going round all the machines in the gym and seeing what my 8 rep weight would be. I'm going to be doing a 3 day split with 3 sets per exercise; 8, 12 and 16.
