Flat DB fly
12@5; 2 x 10 @ 7.5
Decline bench tri xtension
2 x 12 @ 10; 10@15; 8@15
1arm cable reverse pushdown
2 x 12 @ 5; 9@10; 5@10
3 x 15 of crunches; leg raises and seated twists
Think I started too high on the bench - it's been a while so I'll drop the weight and work my way back up.
I can't find my log for today's workout so no numbers but here's what i did
bb squats
2x12; 2x10 (normal and wide foot position)
extension
2x12; 2x10
seated curl
2x12; 2x10
glute machine
2x12; 2x10
rotary calf
1x12; 1x10; 1x10 (upped weight each time, finished no 80k)
started and finished each work-out with 10-15 mins on cv machines and I felt good for it
Might need to drop the weight a fraction on seated curl as I was contorting my back but apart from that enjoyed being in the gym
