Yesterday afternoon
I went swimming. I decided to try a HIIT type workout for the first time in the pool.
I did one lap sprinting (30secs), then one lap recovery (45-60secs) 8 times (+warm up and cool down)
I really enjoyed it, much more than HIIT on the elliptical - I think because I could time myself each lap, so I now have a goal to beat that time when I next go swimming.
