assisted chins: 12x55, 10x40, 8x35, 3x30
chest press: 12x14, 10x35, 8x37.5, 5x42
shoulder press: 12x5, 10x17.5, 7x20, 3x22.5
tricep press: 12x15, 10x30, 8x35, 3x40
bicep curl: 12x5, 10x12.5, 8x15, 3x17.5
evening I did 5mins warm up on elliptical, then 25mins (including cooldown) on the stepper
