yay! resistance workout!
went to the gym to investigate the fixed weights
ended up doing a kind of full body workout as I tried the different machines:
Leg Press: 61kgx12, 70x10, 79x8
Leg Curl: 21x12, 28x10,35x8
Leg adductor: 20x12, 30x10,35x8
Assisted chins: 40x12, 35x8
Chest press: 21x12, 28x10, 35x8
Shoulder press: 10x12, 15x10,17.5x7
Tricep press: 25x12, 30x10, 35x8
Bicep curl: 10x12, 15x8
What a tremendous workout! I feel a lot more fatigued than I have for a long time using the free weights. I think my wrists have really been holding me back. My back is feeling good now too. :O) :O)
