WSSC Week Six begins

Maricela is in Las Vegas for the week and I don't know what happened to Cindy today, so it was just me and Josie. At least I'm pretty much guaranteed I won't be working out alone.

Warmup: Pushups, reg x 15, hands on bench x10, feet on bench x10
Incline DB Presses: 15x20,12x25,10x25,4x30,4x25
Incline flys: 12x25,10x25,8x30
Bentover rows: 15x65,12x65,10x70,8x75
Wide grip pulldowns: 12x70,10x60 (forgot to up the weight after Josie's set), 8x70
DB Shoulder Press: 15x20,12x20,8x20 running late, getting tired, we skipped a set.
Side laterals: 12x15,10x15,8x15

Wasn't sure how I was going to do today. I had a cold over the weekend and still have some residual symptoms, but I felt fine. I think I got plenty of rest on Sunday so I wasn't even tired...even when I got to work I got by with a cup of green tea rather than my usual Starbucks grande brewed, black of course. Hmm...another cup of tea sounds good right about now.
