Workout today

Today I did a late workout because I had a lot of things going on. I completed a HIIT workout that went along the lines of-
  1. Warmup; 400 meter run
  2. Pushups
  3. Squats
  4. Cario (jumping jacks, high knees, etc)
  5. Core (crunches, russian twist)
  6. Weights (dumbell curl, bench, etc)

I did 45 sec work, 15 sec rest, and repeated it 3 times. Then I went for a cool down run. Goodnight folks
