I haven't been keeping up with my log lately. Here are the workouts I did on Monday and Wednesday.
Legs:
Barbell Squats

Leg Presses

Machine Standing Calf Raises

Shoulders and triceps:
Seated Dumbbell Presses
12x45, 7x55, 5x55, 5x55
Military Presses
12x95, 6x105, 6x105, 6x105
Standing Lateral Raises
20x10, 14x15, 12x20, 10x20
Close Grip Presses
16x115, 11x145, 7x155, 4x165
Lying Triceps Extensions
16x65, 8x75, 6x75, 6x75
The triceps workout was not too shabby. Kept going over the rep target.
