-(BB) Smith Machine Squats (4 sets; 45-115lbs **NEW PR**; 12-6 reps)
-Inner Thigh Machine (3 sets; 90-110lbs; 10-6 reps)
-Outer Thigh Machine (3 sets; 80-100lbs; 10-6 reps)
-(DB) Single Leg Calf Raises (4 sets per leg; 20lbs; 10 reps)
-Machine Crunches (4 sets; 60-90lbs **NEW PR**; 12-3 reps)
