Workout for .....06/28/06.......

I didn't have a lot of energy today, but somehow I made it. It's been in the 80's for a while now and the heat gets kind of draining I think. A really nice guy walked up to me today and helped me correct my form during squats. I really appreciated that, I wasn't even aware that my back wasn't straight and my head was down. I'm all better now :)

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Calves - Abs-

10 min. cardio (stationary bike) warm up

target muscle stretching

-(BB) Walking Lunges (3 sets; 20lbs; 16 reps per leg)
-(BB) Smith Machine Squats (4 sets; 45-105lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Inner Thigh Machine (3 sets; 90-110lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Outer Thigh Machine (3 sets; 80-100lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Calf Raises on LP (4 sets per leg; 180-210lbs **NEW PR**; 10-4 reps)
-Abdominal Crunch Machine (4 sets; 60-85lbs; 12-6 reps)
