My workout regimen is dumbbell split monday to friday , cardio every day running atleast 20 minutes build up to 11 miles and also 6 x 3 minute rounds on all possible bags and skipping and footwork and reflex ball, also 50 pullups and 100 pullups everyday is my goal.
