work out was awesome but.......I ate like crap
I dont know what my deal was today but I justed wanted junk food. every other day wasnt too terrible, i guess. Tomorrow is another day and I wont let myself down!!!
workout wednesday
Legs:
barbel squats 4-sets
seated hamstring curls 4-sets
reverse calf raise - 4 sets
hanging leg raises - 2 sets (not my favorite)lol
ball straight crunch - 2 sets
thursday: not much energy when i get to the back exercises. im sure the junk food contributed to that. ugh!
shoulder back
front dumbbell raises 4 sets
seated lat raises 4 sets
seated cable rows 4 sets
close crip pulldowns 3 sets
machine calf raises
