Today, I did my workout.
Shoulders and Abs.
My arms are sore. I hate working out my arms. Ugh!
Tonight when it gets cooler I am going to Walk/Run two miles with my hubby if he gets home in time!
My goal is to get into the Army. I will need to be able to run two miles under 18 minutes of something like that.
This walk is to see how long it takes to just walk the 2 miles.
Then tomorrow I begin the challenge.
All will be timed.
If I am up to it I will add more days than what is listed.
Week 1: 20 minutes or 2 miles- 2 days more walking/run
Week 2: 20 minutes or 2 miles- 2 days walk/more runing
Week 3: 30 minutes- 2 days walk/more runing
Week 4: 30 minutes- 2 days walk/more runing
Week 5: 20 minutes- 3 days walk/more runing
Week 6: 30 minutes- 3 days walk/more runing
Week 7: 30 minutes- 3 days walk/more runing
Week 8: 30 minutes- 4 days walk/more runing
