I swear I am soooo depressed now. I have no idea why. Things are okay in most everything, I just feel all crappy all the time. Here goes...

1 Arm DB Row: 12X30
Close Grip Tri PDowns: 12X40, 10X50, 8X50, 4X60, 12X50
DB Kickbacks: 7X20
BB Bi Curls: 12X30, 10X40, 8X40, 5X50, 6X30
Hammer Curls: 8X12
