Westside WOD

Today's WOD was a little confusing, but a great workout.  

3 Rounds @ 1 min each
  • Ladder In & Out Lateral
  • Renegade Row
  • Resistance Band Lunge Twist
  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Medicine ball ab throw

brought the dip bar, but didn't utilize it.  Will need to add it in the next WOD on Wednesday.
