..welcoming myself to freetrainers..
I am really excited to start my program on Monday.. Hopefully I will be able to do the whole program for the first two weeks cuz I'll be having exams and flying overseas when they are over :D ..
While waiting to start the program, I am gonna try to slowly change my diet.. It's sorta specific, 140g protein, 280g carbs, 40g fats (i think, gotta check that again), about 1900 cals in total.. it's gonna be a bit difficult, but will definitely try!!! :D
Can't wait for monday!!.. It'll be the day of my first exam for the end of this semester, and my first new training session!!.. I'll be getting rid of my exam worries in the gym :D ..
