Welcoming myself to Free Trainers!
So while surfing the web I clicked on this fateful website, hoping for some tips adn tricks to getting in shape. Not only did I find that, I also found more on this website! I think I will enjoy using this site with my sister Ella Redburn while we try to get in shape this summer! I can already feel myself getting sucked into a downward spiral of website addiction :)
