First weights session for AGES!
Plie squats :11.5x12, 21.5x10, 24x8
Calf raises :11.5x12, 20x10, 23x8
Bent over rows :11.5x12, 18x10, 20x8
Supposed to do supermans here but back was twinging a bit, thought it best to leave this today
Dumbell 21s :2.75x21, 4x21
Side leg raises :10,10
Lying front kicks :10,10
Crunches :10,10
I like this new routine. I have not done plie squats or bent over rows before (I have just done one arm rows in the past and standard squats), so it is nice for a change.
