weight issues

I was super excited about today's workout because it was shoulders and I love to work them. But I could't make it to the gym and had to make-do with the home exercises. I only have two sets of dumbells at home and they were not adequate (one too light, one too heavy) so I will have to make sure to either swap shoulder days or be able to go to the gym. But I did do the whole routine and tried to the last set with the heavier weights. On the plus side I didn't think yesterdays' glute/thigh work-out was that effective till I went for a run an hour ago. I felt the pain within a couple strides. Good pain though!!
