Weekly Goals: 4/49~5/4

Sunday4-29: 72kg
My goals for this week:
~run 15 mins straight without stopping
~take at least 2 spinning classes
~do an outdoor physically pumpy activity. 
~get to 70kg

    reflection: running goal: achieved! I only did one spin class :( outdoor activity: walking on the army base with a girlfriend: not pump, but it was outdoors! My end number for the week was 71kg it wasn't my goal and this is disappointing, but I knew this would be a hard week going in, and I'm not making excuses, and I'm not backing down on my fitness goals. I will keep myself going and just have a great, crazy workout week!
