I went to the gym on Saturday only to run into the "gym heads" hogging all the machines I needed. I swear, there were two of them, using the four machines I needed for legs. The two they weren't using they had their girlfriend and kid sitting at so no one would use them. I tried to outlast them on the treadmill with a little walk/run time. It didn't work. So, I did a half hour of cardio and went home. Better than than nothing.

Got a new kitten this weekend, too. Some jerk abandoned him in a friend's yard. He's about three months at the most. Took him home, he seems healthy. My older cat isn't really happy with it...yet. The new kitten talks all the time, so I called him Harpo in a little ironic tribute to The Marx Brothers. I can't believe people that do crap like this. If you don't like animals, that's fine. If you don't like them and treat them this way, that's when I have a problem with you. It takes all of 30 minutes to drop them off at a no-kill shelter. Sorry to get on the soapbox in an exercise forum.
