Well I'll be damned. I was able to do all of my Lunges today. I nixed the 5 pound dumbbells but still, I did all 20. Actually, I did pretty well all over -- Had nice soild crunches, perfect stair push-ups and good form on my arm lifting. The only thing I truly sucked at today was the dips behind the back. I got 3 really nice dips done but when I went for 4 I fell on my ass...

So here's what I did:
Crunches 40
Twisting Crunches 40
Home Lunges 20
Push-ups on Stairs 20
Bent Over Rows 2x15/8lbs
Front Double Raises 32x15/5lbs
Double Arm Curls 22x12/8lbs
Dips Behind the Back -- 3 really good ones!

Side note: I had my weigh in today and I did lose! 'Cause I'm a loser baby, so why don't you... Um. Nevermind.
