WEEK THREE: Take a lesson from the weather. Pay no attention to criticism.

I had another exellent work out today. I'm begining to enjoy the exercises. I've been challenging myself on form, trying to make every exercise perfect. I am getting better each session, able to do more, push further.

Doing well in my diet. Lost 2 pounds last week. I need to lose 2.1 more pounds to reach my first major weight goal. I'm really hoping to accomplish that this week.

Here's what I did:

10 minutes warm up on the ellipitical
Twisting crunches 2 x 20
Leg Raises 2 x 20
Home Squats 2 x 20
Stair Push-ups 20, 10
Bent over rows 2 x 15/8lbs
Later raises 2 x 15/5lbs
Single arm curls 2 x 12/8lbs
Single arm overhead extensions 2 x 12/8lbs
10 minutes cool-down on the ellipitical

Yay me!
